Program description

When you call a business served by Echo Reception, our AI receptionist takes your service request. If you provide a callback number, we send you one text message confirming that your request was received and that the business will contact you. This is a transactional program — we do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in (verbal consent on the call)

During the call, after collecting your callback number, the receptionist says: "We'll also text you a quick confirmation at that number." If you do not provide a number, no message is sent.

Message frequency

One message per service call.
